Coached by her older brother Luca, Ren McCarthy is the first trans-girl to compete in the Lil Miss Westie Pageant. LITTLE MISS WESTIE follows the two trans-gender siblings as they navigate puberty, school, transitioning and gender norms during the Trump era.

The film is followed by a post-screening discussion.
