Scottish Premiere
OVERSEAS is a glimpse into the lives of young Filipino womxn training to be domestic workers abroad. Exploring themes around workers’ rights and modern day slavery it is an intimate and empathetic portrait of the economic and social pressures facing womxn.
The film is followed by a post-screening discussion.
